I agreee with you about time consuming point and others as well. External link building is very much important in SEO and mostly we got problems in this regard and content always matters a lot weather you are doing it for SEO purpose or other purpose a quality content shows authenticity of your website.
I have struggled hard in last six months on a free coupons providing website to make some back links for getting traffic but I am still in the process. Needs some more advice.
Agreed. Link building seems to be in flux at the moment – some bloggers say ye, others say nay. At @bathbusinessweb we are taking the approach that building great content and attracting organic links is a more sure fire long term solution – respecting the value of high quality links instead of mindlessly farming them. Its hard work but ultimately rewarding!
Its certainly is time consuming. Ive spent years playing in this area, but am more serious about things now, working for other companies to develop their seo rankings.
As well as pushing all aspects of the website, I spend a huge amount of time adding genuine back links, (not using over night methods). Its seems to be working though, and this particular customer has gone from page4 google to top of page 2 googl ein 4 months, page 1 here we come!
Thanks for the article
