Why Should You Strive for a Top 100k Alexa Ranking?

10 Week GamePlan for a Top 100k Blog

In a nutshell, Alexa rankings are all about traffic.  The more traffic a blog receives, the better the site will rank.

A blog’s Alexa rank is a public declaration of the site’s popularity.  A poor ranking quickly lets potential advertisers and clients know that a site really doesn’t get that much exposure.

Imagine how that information will contribute to their decision process –

To purchase an ad on your blog or not?  If your blog’s ranking in the 7-digits range… NOT!  Why?  Because according to your Alexa ranking, not enough people will see their ad.

So what can you do to improve your site’s rank?

The answer is simple, yet not exactly simple to implement.

The solution:  get more traffic.  Heard that one before?

Getting traffic can be difficult for a new blog, but it’s not impossible.  There are strategies that can boost your traffic and your ranking as quickly as 10 weeks or less.  So I’ve devoted an entire book to sharing those strategies to take the guess work out of generating traffic and improving Alexa ranking.

10 Week GamePlan for a Top 100k Blog is designed to take a blog from setup to Top 100k ranking in 10 weeks or less.  It also works for existing blogs that are struggling or that have stalled in their climb.

These strategies are NOT theories, they are the same ones that were put into practice during the Surviving the Blog contest that took the winning blog from nothing to 96,121 in just 10 weeks.  If the contestants could do it – anybody can.

This guide will help you take the mystery out of getting traffic and improving your Alexa ranking.

Alexa rank is important especially if you want to make some money blogging, Alexa rank is the first important report available with the advertisers to determine traffic a particular website get. I can see your blog has 30k Alexa rank, mine is still 90k after 6 months of ranking , hoping it will come down as I am gaining more blog readers.

Honestly, we cannot strive to get a 100K alexa ranking because this is passive. There is nothing you can do to make this happen unless you really build a lot of traffic.
